SUPER STRUCTURE

• Brick work is done with country burnt bricks , average height of wall provided is 3 meters and plastering with cement mortar in all areas.
• Through lintels are provided. Double side racks will be provided in Kitchen and single side in bedrooms.
• Roof slab with RCC 1:2:4
• DOORS:- Teak wood entrance door with polished finish& Moulded flush doors for other areas & PVC/ Fiber doors for toilet.
• WINDOWS:- M S Grill with UPVC glazed sliding shutters for windows
• KITCHEN:- Polished granite top and stainless steel sink glazed tiles dado for 45cm height.
• ISI brand cables are used for the concealed wiring. Necessary points only are provided with switch board and switches of Anchor/ crabtree ordinary. Electrical fitting such as fan, fancy light, tube light etc are not included.
• One wash basin each at Dining room and toilets.European closet at toilets.(All light colors of reputed make) . Bathrooms will be finished with glazed tiles up to 7 ft height & suitable tiles on floors.
• Flooring with light coloured vitrified tiles for all rooms
• Internal and external walls painted with premier quality emulsions.
• ADDITIONS:- Any additions or changes will be done at extra cost.
